Chat History

​Is there a way to see my chat history and/or to have it deleted?  I was having some difficulty trying to upgrade my phone, with a trade-in, online and needed some assistance.  I entered a chat with an agent, (Jamal) who asked for very sensitive information during the chat.  I told him I didn't want to give such information in a chat forum and that I had never been asked to provide such information during a chat before.  He kept insisting it was necessary, and wouldn't be seen/accessed by others.  I was starting to think I was being scammed! Come to find out, after calling and actually speaking with an agent, the information I was being asked for is normally required during a phone conversation where I can enter the info on the keypad, without everything being seen. ​

​How can I retrieve that chat history and or have it deleted?​
