Charged $109+ for 366MB despite active Global Travel Pass

I recently traveled outside the U.S. and purchased 2 day Global Travel Pass ($10 per day). I was extremely careful—I only had data roaming on for that specific 48-hour window and shut it down several hours before the time window ended.

However, upon returning, I was shocked to find a $109+ extra charge on my Xfinity Mobile bill, in addition to the $20 for 2-day daily Global Travel Pass. When I checked the usage details, I saw that total usage is 366MB (well under the 5GB limit promised by the pass).

It looks like Xfinity system is broken and defaulting to predatory "pay-as-you-go" rates even when you’ve paid for a pass. I’ve found dozens of other customers reporting issues with Global Travel Pass on this forum. This is unacceptable. Pls fix the system and refund my money.

Still waiting for a response to my message from yesterday. It’s been 24 hours and my bill still shows a fraudulent $109+ surcharge for data that should have been covered by my Global Travel Pass.

I used less than 10% of the allowed 5GB limit (only 366MB). I need an agent to review this and issue a credit. Is there anyone there who can actually help, or do I need to file a formal dispute with my credit card company?
