Can’t port number and activate iPhone 13 Pro Maxes

I signed up for internet and bring your own phone plans last week. I got internet set up just fine and have been struggling to get the mobile side of my plan to work. I’m bringing 2x iPhone 13 Pro Max over eSim from ATT and porting their numbers. Countless calls and live chats back and forth between both xfinity and att have gotten me nowhere closer to getting them ported and activated. I’ve triple checked all info and have my transfer pin. The chat agents and I have started the activation process at least 20 times at this point. Last chat I just had said xfinity has submitted the port requests and to ask ATT to manually release the numbers. I called ATT port department and they’re telling me there’s been no requests on my account and there’s nothing they can do. This is getting very frustrating at this point. Thankfully I still have phone service but I want to just get the numbers ported over and activated on my new service lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@shakenbreak. Thanks for the details on your issue. We can look into relaying your issue. Please direct message your name, address, phone numbers to port, best email, and best contact number.

Make sure you are signed in to forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon. 2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

2. Hit the compose button to the right of "conversations"

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
