Can't pay mobile
Hello,
I keep getting an error when I try to pay my bill online. I cannot update my credit card info even. I had tried using Xfinity Assist, but it also doesn't seem to be working. I now for some reason owe $200 when I owed $97 before. I don't have the time or energy to call Xfinity, especially when their customer service is abhorrent. Would love to know what's going on.
