Hello @user_6793a3 You can find details about connecting to XFINITY Hotspots here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/about-xfinity-wifi-internet For your specific question, you will normally need to log in with your XFINITY ID to use a hotspot but if it is a complimentary hotspot then you would not need an XFINITY ID.
