cancel now mobile pre activation

An xfinity agent talked me into switching to now mobile service a week ago. She said if I want to cancel my service in 14 days, I will get the full refund. I paid for the first month but I have not activated the service yet. After seeing xfinity support, realized it was a bad decision. For hours I am trying to cancel the service but xfinity couldn't make the process harder. All live agents and calls, just telling me I have to contact now support chat. NOW support chat is a useless bot, which is looping through pre defined subjects. All I got so far is from FAQ, navigate to NOW portal and find cancel pre-activation but there is no such an option in NOW portal. How can I cancel this service and get my money back? By the way, I didn't purchased any phone, just the service. I am thinking about disputing the charge from my card but I have home internet from xfinity NOW. knowing xfinity,  disputing the charge might somehow on my home internet bill. And to be clear, it was not a bundle, NOW home internet and NOW mobile service are separated.

@XfinityMartyR​  as I said I have already tried that chat box and it is useless. If I choose “I don’t have a service” in the chat, a live agent comes and just point me to the chatbot or FAQ or a phone number which also is a robot. If I choose “I have active service”, it again directs me to FAQ and ask me to select cancel pre activation, which I don’t see such an option in NOW portal. If I choose “something else” from the chat box it just go through the loop again.

user_89jmx9 NOW Mobile is a self service account and our department does not have access to these types of services. I did however find this online:

Online Cancellation:
Go to the NOW Mobile website or the NOW Portal. 
Log in to your account. 
Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" or "Pause or Cancel Service" section. 
Select the service you want to cancel and follow the onscreen instructions. 
You may be prompted to confirm your cancellation and provide a reason. 
You can also turn off automatic payments instead of canceling your service, which will stop your service at the end of the billing cycle. 
Call 669:
You can call 669 from your NOW Mobile phone to cancel your service.
