Caller ID Blocked

When I use my Xfinity mobile phone to call my wife's Xfinity mobile phone (we are on the same household account), my incoming call on her phone shows as "Restricted" - caller ID is blocked. If I dial *82 first, caller ID is not blocked - but I shouldn't have to do that. I have not yet run into this issue when calling other phones.

Appreciate any ideas. Thanks!

@XfinityAlisha​ Thanks for your reply. With respect to all concerned, I have attempted voice and text chats on this and related issues to no avail. Apparently, language and inadequate training are barriers. I will try visiting an Xfinity store. Have a great day.
