Buyout promotion not honored

I switched to Xfinity mobile services last August and have been trying to get the buyout promotion as promised since then.  The Xfinity rep who sold me the mobile package never mentioned that I needed to submit a phone bill from my old provider or that it would take 16 weeks to receive the gift card.  I have followed up periodically since August and have attempted to get the info they need once I found out they need the old bill, but this is very difficult once you have changed services, as I am sure Xfinity is aware.  Anyway, I still am unable to get the buyout gift card as promised and am very frustrated.  I have now gone to the store (again!) and was told they cannot assist.  Xfinity please stand behind your word and promotions and get this gift card issued as promised!

user_6lv1oa Hi there! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time to contact our Xfinity Support Team. We are happy to work together to look into your concerns with your Xfinity Mobile promotion and our team is here to look into this.
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it

Hello.  The Xfinity store associate told me to post here.  Why do I now have to go and post yet another message so that the issue continues and it’s on ME to resolve it?? I have stated the problem here, as directed.  This situation has been inconvenient enough, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I have to jump through additional hoops to get Xfinity to do what Xfinity offered to do in the whole first place.  Smh
