BPM hold on my significant other's iphone 14... agents will not fix issue

Hello. my SO's iPhone 14 was placed on a BPM hold almost out of the box. We were promised the issue would be fixed by 10pm yesterday, only for no tech support to be able to solve the issue (they just delayed it till tomorrow morning, which means they will have to go through the entire process again) and it being left alone. Please help, as they can't even call emergency services in case something happens while I am at work.
