Billing complaint
recently returned from Ireland received a $600 bill for data usage.
I do not use data. Contaacted billing office 611 and they assured me if I increased my plan, the bill would be adjusted to ~$90 . ladies name was Abby.
Next day the bill was increased by $90, to $695.
A bait and switch?
