Billed for services I do not have

I have called and chatted 6 times concerning getting billed for services I did not receive . Each Time I am told that it will be resolved and I will get credited . However, I do not receive the credits and keep getting billed. How do i stop this with out calling my credit and stopping payment .  The case number I received was 2302231005009 during a chat was .

It doesn't matter! They took my card off file, but still kept billing me. Now in collections for a debt I don't have!!

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
