Billed $130 for unactivated eSIM - Chat only refunded $60 (Ref: [Edited: Personal Information])

Hello. I was erroneously charged $130 for an eSIM line that was never activated or downloaded (0.0 KB usage). I just finished a chat where the agent canceled the line and issued a partial $60 refund under Chat Reference [Edited: Personal Information], but they could not queue a supervisor to credit the remaining $70. Can an official corporate forum specialist please review this ticket and credit the final $70 back to my card? Thank you.

Greetings again, @user_kzj4dk! I appreciate you taking time out of your day to follow up with us about this refund, and I want to ensure you’re able to get in touch with an awesome Xfinity Mobile expert to help get this resolved. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

I believe my colleague may have already shared this, but please let me know if you encounter any issues. To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” (speech bubble) icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the section, type or select "Xfinity Support" and type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session. You can see how to send us a direct message here, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.

Please send us a DM with your name and address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
