bill help

I am unable to see my wireless bill but I can see my internet bill. I have just spent almost 2 hours texting with chat and got nowhere. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to get it resolved?

@user_cec9d6 Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. When you visit Xfinity Mobile and log in, are you able to view your bill? If you are not able to, are you seeing an error?
