Being Overbilled
I have been overbilled for this months bill and I have received several different answers from representatives regarding this. They don’t state the reasoning and they state that going forward this shouldn’t happen. They have attempted to credit the difference however state the system will not allow them to.
I am not going to pay for service that I shouldn’t owe on. I also do not like how I am getting the run around. One rep I spoke to on the phone a couple of days ago told me he would escalate this for me after being requested by me. I never received contact after 2 days now nor have I received an email about this. I doubt he escalated this.
