Bait and switch..

I switch from boost mobile because an Xfinity rep told me I would get two free phones and pay 20$ per month for both for the first year back in January. Well now that I get the bill they charged for those free phones along with a monthly service charge for both and one time activation for both. No wonder.

This is a SCAM!!

Now I have to return both phones. Tell my brother. He loved the new phone too.

user_54x15d I would be reaching out for help with this too. That for sure isn't something we want any of our Xfinity family members to deal with. Have you tried to call our Mobile department to find out what's going on?

Yes, they have been looking into it for almost a month now. And supposedly going to get back to me. I've called them multiple times but they are of no help. But people need to know how much of a scam

We switched because of programs we were offered and once we switched it all of a sudden because a different amount for monthly and didn't provide free phones and now I owe for the phones. So at least we let the Xfinity family know so they don't make the same mistake.

Keep your current service.. do NOT switch to Xfinity mobile

user_54x15d Interesting. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would be pretty frustrated if I were dealing with this too. Our team would be happy to put in a ticket to have an Xfinity Mobile Expert investigate more. Please let us know.
