Any success with NOW Mobile refunds?

I was promised a plan from an agent online.  I have the chat transcripts to prove he lied about the plan.  Plan involved my TV, Internet, and switching landline for a "Free" mobile phone.  The phone was $25 to 'transfer a line'.   When I called to update everything, i was told that plan was not possible.  So i was lied to.  I sent the phone back the day I got it, completely unopened.

So I was charged the $25 and then a $35 restocking fee.  Restocking fee for a phone i was lied into getting.  I fought for a week to get the $25 back (promised on phone today, no proof it will occur), and now am fighting the $35 fee ($37.10 I guess with tax).   If I wasn't lied to in order to get the phone, I would not fight the $35.  But this is unacceptable.

I call and ask for mobile, it sends me to chat, and the chat is never able to do anything.  It's usually internet billing, and they won't do anything.  Is there no integrity to either stand behind or make right what the agents do?  I'm assuming the agent, Irshad, got some commission for getting me to get the phone.  I should not have to pay the $25 or the $35.  This is absolutely ridiculous, and they make it near impossible to get assistance.

Anyone have any ideas?  I'm not holding my breath that the "back office" finance people will respond to me by tomorrow, which was promised.  I'm about ready to just cancel all my Xfinity services if this is the customer service they provide.
