An entire year.....

Why, after an entire year of countless hours on hold with a customer service agent, do I STILL not have my gift card that I was promised? Xfinity I have been a customer for 17 years. I am about to lose my mind at hoe horrible and useless y'all are when there is a serious issue that needs to be resolved?
