4 months being overcharged as well as charged for two extra lines and a phone that was supposedly free if I upgraded and turned it in.

Spoke to yet 10th associate today had taken care of my over billing credits that were due. Phone being charged for that is free. Everything was taken care of. Everything would be by the end of the call. And then it was oh had to put it on the supervisor's desk but they're going to take care of everything and fix it. 2:06 p.m. mind you I talked to them at 9:00 in the morning. I get a text saying they're going to have to downgrade. My service essentially cut it off. If I don't make a payment. You can't make this [Edit: Language] up
