$100 pre-paid Visa

Honestly I feel like I'm on the hook with a scammer.  Xfinity must be a very big company with stock trading in USA market but operate like some of the crypto corporation.  I'm really sorry to put this but many promises during the hook for me to move from T-mobile to Xfinity Mobile but none of them are true.  Here is one of them.  During the call, the agent told me to switch to Xfinity mobile during August and would be qualified for $100 pre-paid visa per line. Too good to be true, I switched all 6 lines.  After 3 months (just today), I contacted them asking for the pre-paid Visa, they passed me around like a ping-pong ball, and the final answer is "NO, I'm not qualified for it since I opened the account when the promotion had expired".

If COO or CEO is reading this message, please do business with integrity.  Don't push your employees to get more customers into your business.  In a long run, you will lose all the customers because you guys don't do what you advertise.  This is a serious matter and hope that it won't end up like one bank where employees opened faked account to push up the stock price.
