$0 DPP Limit

I have been with Xfinity for I think 2 years now for Internet. 1 for mobile. However I’m trying to finance the new iPhone 18 pro max though xfinity and it will not allow me. It’s stating it’s due to $0 DPP Limit. When I switched my mobile carrier to Xfinity, I brought my own phone so no credit check was done. How can I make it so I can finance the new phone through Xfinity?
