Xfinity Stream beta saved shows audio doesn’t match up with video

We’ve been using this for almost a year now on Roku and Firestick and have had no problems.  We recorded the country music awards and the audio was so far off from the video we couldn’t watch it.  Now it’s happening with all our recordings.  Anyone else having this issue?  Was happy until this happened.  Am going to cancel if we can find a remedy.  Thanks!!

Hi there, @user_d4d9ed. I would love to look into your DVR recordings with you further and get to the bottom of what's causing the sound to not align properly. I know it would be super frustrating trying to watch it when nothing lines up. Have you had an opportunity to check to see if there's an update available for the Beta app on the Roku/Firestick devices? What firmware version is currently running?
