Xfinity app on fire tv

Hello, I have multiple fire TVs, and use the Xfinity app. I have logged in multiple times on my MAC and set my favorite channels. However they are ALWAYS erased within a hour or 2, and always defaults to 4 channels, NONE of which I look at. I have tried over 30 times, even rebooting the fire TVs etc..

Can anyone give insight on this?

Thank you for clarifying that and for your response. Is this something that has just started or has this always been the situation for you?

@XfinityJorge Has been like this for last 12 months. VERY FRUSTRASTING, as there is no way to quick step to say channel 1100+. You need to start at channel 2, and keep the down button pressed , using battery, and maybe after 15 seconds get to 1100+. I hope you understand. Can you fix it?

That's really frustrating! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address @user_7343d1? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
