Xfinity and my Roku not working on my tv

I'm having problems with Xfinity and Roku not connecting as well. Every time I get on and I think it's already connected it disconnects again. What is going on this is ridiculous and I have disconnected my router numerous times plus disconnected Roku numerous times and nothing has worked.
