Why the "bait&switch" routine???

Monday afternoon I logged on to XFinity, went to "browse", then "movies", then to "Free Premium Movies (Without Ads)" and found a dozen movies that I wanted to watch .... all of which said "free from xxxx until (future date)" ranging from April to December. Tuesday evening I sat down to watch one of them .... and now it said "rent or buy"  on ALL of them!!!! WHAT IS THAT ABOUT?????

I experienced the same thing!   It's very dishonest.         I sent feedback to Tom Karinshak, and got an auto email back that they would contact me within one business day.    You can do that here:
