Veterans not having access to Fox Nation

I’m a disabled American veteran and have a pre-existing agreement directly with Fox Nation to receive their content. We are unable to access this through your cable box as there is only the option to subscribe. But you already know this and apparently don’t care what paying customers want. Is your only response to advise me to purchase someone else’s equipment (Fire stick, roku, Apple TV) to gain access to my subscription instead of fixing the problem? That’s kind of bad business, my friend. Does Fox know about this?

Hello and welcome to Comcast! First of, I want to thank you so much for your service. I am really sorry to hear that you are not able to view your Fox Nation subscription you have via our TV box. Unfortunately, in order to watch Fox Nation via our system, there is a paid subscription. At this time we do not have an agreement with Fox Nation to offer their app on our X1 or Flex devices. This may change in the future, but at this time, if you want to watch it using your pre-existing agreement you have, you would need to have a Fire stick, Roku, or Apple TV.
