Unwatch movies

I stared seeing this problem fee weeks ago and seeing others having the same issue, and it’s a still unresolved problem, has anyone contacted Comcast to complain? They obviously have no intention to correct this issue so I suggest everyone call tech support to raise the level of the conversation.

I have emailed and sent texts to Comcast today for an update on this problem.  I haven’t heard anything.  Have you tried reaching out to them again?
