unsubscribe to premium channel

I have been trying for 2 hours to unsubscribe to Starz.  I am very frustrated after paying all this money and not getting any help or able to talk to a human.  I have called, watched videos and tried to chat with virtual assist, all for nothing, all because I hit the wrong button.  JUst want to cancel my Starz.  Help

Hello @Gay72, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

They are doing this intentionally. I went through three tries on the website. It doesn't work. I called and the automated system sent me a link. It doesn't work. I finally called and got an agent. Agent said you can't cancel it yourself -- there is no way. You have to call. Now I'm steamed because I paid for another six days and it immediately stopped working before I ended the call. Every other company I add and remove premium channels from says you can keep the channel until the end of the billing period. Not Xfinity. Major, major rip off.
