unknown Movie Rental

Just received an email and a text saying I had just rented the super Mario movie.   There has been no such activity on any of the devices in my home and no sign on activity on my account outside my home.   Please remove this erroneous charge on my account

Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I would love to investigate this for you! Please send us a message with your first and last name, as well as service address. To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it”
