I'm hoping the new episode (Season 4, Episode 2) of "Unforgotten" will be on OnDemand soon, please. Also the rest that will follow each week.

I'm assuming you mean that Comcast has to work with PBS on this. I know from experience that if I ask PBS, they tell me that it's up to Comcast. We're paying for service.
(If I misunderstood your posting, Bulkington, my apologies. I only know what I've been told in the past.)
@Harry3667 , yes it's the Xfinity VOD Team that needs to work with the network. The consistency of this issue is just maddening.

"Unforgotten" is now GONE. No episodes, nothing.
