Transfer Purchases

Hello,

 

I just moved. We have spent thousands of dollars on movies and shows BUT our purchases are not showing up at our new address. We would like this issue resolved immediately. Thank you.

This happened to us a year ago... Send a private message to Comcast_Support and they can take care of it.

This is happening to me. For two months they’ve been giving me the run around on the phone and keep blaming my modem. Have you recovered your purchases yet and if so can you please tell me how?
