Subscribed to Hallmark Movies Now via TV but...
cannot access through Xfinity on the computer. On my computer, when I want to watch an HMN movie it shows a charge when I've already subscribed. Is it not possible to watch through Xfinity?

Good morning, @user_3be4e6, and thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums page for help with your subscription to Hallmark Movies Now! I know how frustrating it can be to finally have an app that has a bunch of your favorite programs, and you suddenly can't access it anymore! I had a laptop for school and entertainment, and many of the apps that I love to watch shows on wouldn't work!
Are you seeing an error code or message when attempting to sign into that page?
