Streaming Harry Potter Movies

We started watching the Harry Potter movies. Parts 1-3 were freely available, part 4 required a purchase, part 5 was free again and so on. Now, a day later, even part 2-3 need to be purchased. What am I missing? 

I should note that we are not watching them from our home network, if that is the problem.
