Starz On Demand - Black Sails, S2 E8 - does not have Watch Option Free from Starz

All the other 37 episodes are available Free from Starz, but S2 E8 is purchase only. I spent 4 days and 4 hours chatting & talking to support people, but no one knows how to fix this issue. So frustrating!!

@JJRAITI  Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand how this would be truly frustrating. Is the episode still showing as purchase only?

Yes, purchase only or Hulu (which I don't have).

@JJRAITI At times the networks will list certain channels as free or provide other alternatives to watch without purchasing while others may list only a purchase option. Are there any other shows that you are noticing or experiencing issues with?

I don't understand your answer. I pay for a subscription to Starz, so it doesn't seem logical that 1 episode out of 38 would be purchase only. Something is wrong with the watch options on this one episode, and no one seems to know how to fix it.

 

Now I'm hesitant to start another series for fear that the same thing happened. I will probably cancel my Starz subscription since they cannot deliver the programming I paid for.

Sorry for any confusion. Correct, older series can be modified by the network at anytime. Which series and episode is showing a charge? I can check on my end if I am showing the same thing with my services @JJRAITI
