South Park OnDemand

Watchinbg new episodes of South Park, there is an issue when the ads start playing. The screen will go black, but then next segment of the show plays for about a second, then the ads starts. It does that with every ad break. Tried some other shows and it did the same thing. Used the STB, Roku app and browser and it did the same in all three.

Noticed another problem. Witching Young Sheldon OnDemand, the show starts with "previously on..." before they finish with the "previously on" there is an ad placed there. On the Roku app, on the STB and browser. I got a Fubo free trial and tried playing the show there. No ad interrupting the beginning of the show.  Watched on CBS.com also, no ad interrupted the beginning.

Hi there! This is definitely not the kind of experience we want our customers to have with us. We'll check on this right away and will do the best possible for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it.
