Saying I need a subscription to Game Show Network when I have one

Hi, I went on demand to watch some game shows and it's saying I need to subscribe when I already have a subscription to it. What's going on?  Please fix this. Thanks!

I would be a little frustrated if one of my go-to channels was giving me an error like that, so I can only imagine how you feel. I have your back all the way on this though 🙌. By chance, have you run any troubleshooting steps on your own? That way I can try to avoid any repeat steps with you.
