recovering purchased videos

I have recently changed my account at this same address. I would like to recover movies purchased under the previous account at the same address.

 

I change the home Xfinity account but failed to move the movies and videos purchased on the older account to the newer account or to my ex wife's linked account. Is there a way to recover the dozens of videos that we had purchased on our account?,

 

Alternatively, since she is still linked to our previous account, is she able to recover those videos to her account and then they may be made available to this new account?

 

Or, is it possible to credit my new account that I created with the value equal to the previous purchases?
