Recently watched

I have movies showing up on my recently watched that I have not watched. Does that mean someone has hacked my account?

Hello @loveboater we appreciate you reaching out our forums' community to review your account regarding recently watched movies, my team would like to assist.

In addition, I find it very helpful to add a pin to the PPV section of your account to prevent purchases unaware.

Instructions to add a pin for purchases

  1. Press the xfinity button on your remote control.
  2. Using the right arrow button, scroll over to highlight Settings. Press OK.
  3. Use the down arrow button to highlight Purchase PIN. Press OK.
  4. Turn the Purchase PIN on or off.
  5. After turning the Purchase PIN option on, enter the new Purchase PIN in the Enter PIN section of the Create a Purchase PIN screen.
  6. Verify and re-enter your Purchase PIN number.
  7. Press Exit to go back to standard TV viewing, or press the Last/back arrow button to return to the Settings menu

I would also like to see review the account to see if you were charged for the movies, can you send me a private message:

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3qHx3f2
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
   Press Enter to send it

@XfinityFelicia Hello, I have not been charged for any PPV movies. These are free movies showing up in “recently watched” that I would never watch. My initial question has not been answered.

Thank

Hi, @loveboater. Do you happen to have more than one TV, or does anyone use your streaming profile online? If it's under recently watched, that would mean someone watched it. This may be from a different TV or from our stream app for instance.
