Received charge for rental I didn't rent

Hi. I received a text message for a charge of $19.99 for "Sinners 4k" and I nor anyone in my household rented the movie. How can I get this charge removed?

Thanks for reaching out to us, as a customer and a parent of two teenagers I know how important it is to make sure I'm the only person that's authorized to add charges to my Xfinity account, therefor I have set up purchase pins https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-parental-controls-turn-puchase-protection-on-off on all my TV boxs on my account.

 

I'll be happy to look at your account to see if there's a way we can reverse that on demand purchase, to get started please send me a direct message including your first and last name and your complete service address

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
