Depending on the time since your old account has been disconnected, we should be able to get this resolved. Luckily, purchased content is stored in the cloud, meaning that it can still be accessed on a new TV Box in the case of a swap, as well as online and via the Xfinity Stream app. I'd be happy to see what we can do! Please click the Direct Messaging chat icon in the top right corner of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you.
