Purchased Movies Transfer
Hello,
I am having a very hard time getting this issue resolved. I have tried the help chat, but no one seems to be able to help me. We moved a few weeks ago and transferred our service to our new home. We were assigned a new account number. I have linked the two accounts, and still sign in with the old credentials. Several people I have contacted said to wait, it will take time. It has been almost a month now and none of our purcheses have shown up. It is frustrating because we had over 30 movies that we had purchased on the old account. I have tried everything in the help articles. Any one have any suggestons? We seem to be stuck.
