Purcased movie no longer showing up

I purchased the 1984 dune a while ago.  I went to watch it and it's not longer in my purchased list.  The movie still shows available to stream and rent but I no longer have the option to watch it.

no it's not resolved.  there is a ticket opened with xfinity support about this.  apparently there is an issue with some on demand movies.  It's been ongoing since 05-Jan-25.  they are "working on it".
