I cannot activate Peacock. I have it as part of my streaming bundle. Activation link says I have to get rid of the Premium subscription I have under a previous Xfinity deal. No source can tell me how to do that. Also, trying to activate using he Peacock app on my smart tv just results in subscription offer. Ditto with Disney on my TV app. What's weird is I can watch Peacock and Disney on my PC, but the TV app wants me to sign up.
Peacock site says: "We were unable to link Peacock to your Xfinity account. You may already have a Peacock subscription and first need to cancel, then allow your account to lapse before trying again." Xfinity tech says I can ignore that. Evidently, my TV doesn't agree.

@user_alw13 It sounds like you already have a Peacock subscription active if you're able to access the content on your PC. Do you have a StreamSaver bundle with Disney+ and Peacock? What are the options you see for Disney+ and Peacock when accessing the yoursubscriptions portion in our online account manager? Once you select the subscription you will see options to activate or unlink.
