Has anyone experienced this error message? 

“Please try again”

”We’re having trouble on our end. This channel isn’t currently available. Please try tuning away from the channel for a few seconds and then tune back in. If that doesn’t work please try again in a few minutes”

That means there is something impeding the signal to that channel's frequency. Make sure the cables are tight and in good repair, remove any extra unnecessary splitters, and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further.

Hi there @! XRE-03059 is usually indicative of a tuning issue. Are you getting it on all channels? Just one channel? Do you see the same error when viewing channels on the Xfinity Stream Portal?

Having same issue, and has been the case for nearly 2 weeks.  XRE-03059 and XRE-03061 are the error messages.  I cannot get my broadcast channels, but cable channels are coming in fine.  Cables are solidly connected.  Frustration is also solid at this point.
