PBS Hemingway Episodes 2 and 3 Missing

Hello.   Episodes 2 and 3 of Ken Burns' Hemingway have not been added to on-demand.   All 3 episodes aired on consecutive nights last week and only episode 1 is available.   Please add the last 2 episodes.   Thanks

I know it's always a little disappointing when episodes of your favorite shows are not available in our on-demand library. It is up to the networks to provide content to us as they see fit. Oftentimes these decisions are made with marketing in mind, so we recommend checking back on those episodes from time to time because it's quite common for them to be uploaded at a later date. :)

Episode 3 has been added but episode 2 is still missing.

That's a good sign! Networks don't often skip episodes like that so when you see it, it's usually because there was some type of error with the asset that was sent to us. There is a very good possibility that we are just waiting for a new copy to upload to our library, so be sure to keep an eye out for it in the near future. :)

Could someone please look into adding episode 2 before episode 3 is removed early next week?  PBS programs have a short time frame as to on-demand availability.

We absolutely understand your concern but uploaded content is up to the digression of the network that owns it. It is not something that we are able to dictate. On the other hand, if you have a DVR, you can try checking the guide to see if there are any upcoming live replays of these episodes and just record them for yourself. Sometimes that can be a really great way to get on-demand content that isn't available. :)

it appears that PBS set episode to 'buy' only. I ran the PBS app on my phone and it has and does play episode 2 at this time.

Episode 2 was added this afternoon - it is available only until 4/20.  Yes, that's tomorrow.

Episode 3 remains available until 4/21.
