PBS Annika Episode 5 Missing

Episode 5 of PBS Annika has not yet been uploaded to on demand.   This Episode aired Sunday, 11/13.  Would greatly appreciate it if this would be added soon as Masterpiece programs are only available for a short time.   Thanks

Please work with PBS to provide the missing Annika 105 and Miss Scarlet and The Duke 205 content.

Hello @Rosedale1, we certainly understand  wanting to be up to date with the episodes and watch On Demand.  We don't control the content that networks make available for On-Demand, so it gets uploaded once the network makes it available.

@XfinityGabby​ XfinityGabby...I'm confused...isn't comcast / Xfinity OUR supplier of content ..isn't it YOUR responsibility to contact PBS and act as OUR agent to get the content...or has Comcast /Xfinity just given up on servicing their customers properly because they simply don't care anymore

@XfinityGabby​  what is truly frustrating is when I contact the folks at PBS, they tell me that PBS forwards their programs to Comcast the day after they air.  And that they (PBS) have no control over what Comcast chooses to upload.

I can definitely understand, however, we provide the programming directly from the broadcasting company once we receive it.

 It's not that we aren't willing, we are working within the contract that is in place between them and us. As far as the materials go, when the company, say PBS, has decided to give us the material, then we will put it on for everyone. Everyone is welcome to reach out to PBS and ask to get it faster, but we have the contracts that we are working within to make sure that we can give you everything that we possibly can within that.
