Hello @user_4dc766 Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing Paramount +. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as unplugging the power cord, or sending signals from the My Account app?
To me it is obvious the Paramount + is slow to load because the thumbnail images are huge 4K files and the xfinity X1 or other devices don't have the memory to handle it. If the programmers could resize the still pictures to a sensible file size like 1024 x 768. The quality of image will still be clear. This is basic stuff and easy to do but you have to be knowledgeable about reading file sizes. Doesn't anyone know how to do that anymore? Remove the bloat by downsizing the pictures to speed up the app loading.
