Paramount plus and peacock
I am having the same issues as the others, delayed response, freezes or kicks me out. Please tell me you can fix this.
I am very frustrated that I pay for this app on a monthly basis and then it doesn’t work.
I have completed all the troubleshooting steps several times in the last month and they do not help.

What cable box do you have? The XG2v2 (has the blue/green vertical light on the front right corner) is HORRIBLE and grossly underpowered. If you have Comcast Internet service, get a separate streaming device. Most anything current will be a major upgrade. You could see if you can get a better cable box, but that is getting hard to do.

Just to confirm, how are you accessing the apps when you're running into these issues? Are you loading the apps on a mobile device, a computer, or a Tv box?
