One time charge for Movie

This is the 2nd time now that I'm seeing a $19.99 one time charge fee on my statement! The first time I let it pass cause I thought maybe I bought it by accident even though it was at 11pm and I'm barely ever watching TV that late but now it's saying I bought a movie on Dec 2nd, I was out of town on dec 2nd so there is no way at all I bought that movie!!! Please help!!! I AM NOT BUYING THOSE MOVIES, they're not even movie I would watch!!! Tried using the chat assistant thing but it kept saying to try again later and nobody is available!!
