onDemand Pluto movies have audio but no video

When I select an xfinity On Demand movie to play on Pluto, Pluto starts up and loads the movie, but  when the movie starts to play, the screen goes black.  there's audio but no video is showing. It happens to all the movies played on Pluto. Anyone has this problem?

@user_406a69 Thanks for reaching out to us about your On Demand Issues, since you're seeing multiple apps affected, let's go ahead and address this via Direct Message. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
