OnDemand not working+Error CL-14

OnDemand not working and giving CL-14 error on BOTH Boxes for the past 2 days. Also having issues watching shows thru xfinity online on my computer. Please help! Very annoying!

Resetting the boxes does not fix the problem!

I am sad to read you are receiving the error message of CL-14 on your cable boxes the last two days. I appreciate the troubleshooting you've tried so far. If I may ask, do you have any other connections attached, such as a splitter for instance? If so, would you be so kind and remove the splitter so the only thing that is connecting is the coax cable from the wall directly into the cable box. Thank you.
